1800 number for the United States

I am Krista From Texas. I do not have a cell phone. I want to suggest that you get a 1800 number that works for the united states. Please get back to me

you could get skype and use skype out. you can call out on that. an unlimited subscription for the US and canada is like 3 bucksa month. I use that.

I think for the Zone, an 800 number would be too expensive for them. Besides, why should we get ZBP for free when people from different countries have to pay. Seems pretty unfair to me.

I also agree. there's also k7 if you want free but that's only for voicemail use as far as I understand.

Also, now that I'm more awake, you could use SJPhone and a headset. That works as long as you have your internet connection, and it's not dial down, (I've never tried it on dial down to know either way.)

No need for a 800 line. Use X-Lite (http://www.counterpath.com) for your SIP software--it's very accessible. I could never get SJ to work, and I used to use ExpressTalk until it quit working for me. You'll need a headset and mike, of course.
